The official youth outreach program of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Guide Right was established by Kappa Alpha Psi in 1930 — making it one of the longest-running youth mentorship programs in the country. The program exists to guide young men toward lives of purpose, achievement, and service.
The Lambda Lambda Chapter's Kappa League is our local expression of Guide Right. Through weekly sessions, community service, academic support, and direct mentorship from Lambda Lambda brothers, young men are equipped with the tools to lead in every field of human endeavor.
This is not a club. It is a commitment — to excellence, to accountability, and to the belief that every young man deserves someone in his corner who expects the best from him.

A structured, year-long commitment to growth.
Kappa League is not a drop-in program. It is a structured, year-long commitment that asks young men to show up — for themselves, for each other, and for their community. Here is what the program looks like from start to finish.

Orientation & Onboarding
Meet your mentor, review program expectations, and sign the Kappa League commitment agreement alongside a parent or guardian.
Monthly Sessions
Attend monthly Saturday sessions covering character, academics, career readiness, and community service — led by Lambda Lambda brothers.
Community Service Projects
Participate in at least two service projects per semester — giving back is a non-negotiable part of being a Kappa League member.
Annual Banquet & Recognition
Close the year at the annual scholarship banquet where outstanding Kappa League members are publicly recognized and awarded
WHO CAN JOIN?
Male student in grades 8–12
High school and upper middle school
Minimum 2.5 GPA
Demonstrated academic effort required
Parent or guardian commitment
Family support is part of the program
Willingness to serve the community
Service hours are required each semester
Commitment to full program year
